Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

King and Moffatt is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend project start-up meetings and become familiar with all project details and specifications.
  • Collate technical submittals, ensure they are issued and followed through until approval.
  • Raise and manage RFI's, manage labour tracker, and maintain Progress Report weekly.
  • Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment, ensuring adequate materials are always available.
  • Develop and implement construction and commissioning programmes, generate biweekly/monthly snag lists, and manage K&M handover process.
  • Meet with Sub Contractors to ensure on-time delivery and attend general site meetings to action points raised.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
  • Experience of supervising teams.
