Technical Project Manager

Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Our client is a global provider of hyperscale data centre campuses, delivering highly scalable, flexible, and sustainable infrastructure solutions for businesses.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the coordination of BMS and Controls across various design, construction, and commissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication and coordination with project teams, system integrators, and external partners.
  • Support project meetings to align on scope, resources, schedule, and dependencies.
  • Ensure timely selection of System Integrators and monitor their progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track progress and risks for both development and remediation projects.
  • Provide consistent reporting on project documentation, risks, and milestones.
  • Standardise reporting across all in-progress projects with system integrator project managers.
  • Contribute to lessons learned at project close-out to drive continuous improvement in future designs and processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience in design, construction, or controls-related fields.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls in a construction environment.
