- Kundenbeziehungen: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level- und Unternehmenskommunikations-Ebene, mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige Umsatzpotenziale zu erschließen und auszubauen.
- Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Erreichung und Übertreffung der Umsatzziele durch gezielte Marketing- und Kooperationsinitiativen.
- B2B Kommunikationsstrategie: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kommunikationsstrategien und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, wie Newsletter, Individualansprachen und Events.
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Vermarktungsbereich, B2B-Marketing, in der Geschäftsentwicklung oder im Partnermanagement.
- Netzwerk: Ausgeprägtes Netzwerk auf C-Level-Ebene und in der Unternehmenskommunikation in Deutschland.
- Umsatzorientierung: Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung umsatzsteigernder Strategien und Partnerschaften.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
- Führungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams, um gemeinsam ehrgeizige Ziele zu erreichen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
