Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at 1KOMMA5° GmbH in Germany.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, consulting or relevant projects, with a proven track record of implementing and rolling out HRIS software solutions. Strong consulting and training skills, as well as the ability to lead change within an organization, are essential for this position.

You will be responsible for driving the implementation of our new centralized HRIS in Germany and international markets, ensuring a smooth transition to our digital system landscape. This involves developing an international rollout strategy, creating a roadmap for the rollout, guiding and supporting local project teams, and enabling them to transition to our standardized way of working.

Your Profile:
  • A degree in computer science, technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in implementing HRIS software solutions
  • Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in IT project management, (in-house) consulting, or relevant projects
  • Experience leading and realizing change within an organization
  • Strong consulting mindset and natural trainer abilities
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary teamwork and motivation to work in such environments
  • Very structured, solution-oriented, and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations
