About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and rolling out our digital system landscape internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an international rollout strategy for our HRIS
  • Drive the implementation of the HRIS in Germany and our international markets
  • Guide and support local project teams before and during the rollout
  • Enable local teams to transition from their current ways of working to the standardized 1KOMMA5° way of working
  • Ensure minimal disruption to running business operations
  • Ensure user acceptance of the HRIS tool
  • Deliver rollouts within predefined budgets and deadlines
  • Identify and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth rollout
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, consulting, or relevant projects
  • Experience with the implementation and rollout of HRIS software solutions
  • Strong consulting mindset and natural training skills
  • Ability to lead and realize change within an organization
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
  • Willingness to travel
