Technical Delivery Specialist

Transforming the Business of Renewable Technology Installation

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and rolling out our digital system landscape internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the transition to our digital system landscape with a strong focus on the rollout of a new centralized HRIS
  • Develop an international rollout strategy and roadmap for the rollout
  • Drive the implementation of the HRIS in Germany and our international markets
  • Guide and support local project teams before and during the rollout
  • Enable local teams to transition from their current ways of working into the standardized 1KOMMA5° way of working
  • Guarantee minimal disruption to running business
  • Ensure user acceptance of the HRIS tool is a top priority
  • Deliver rollouts within predefined budgets and deadlines
  • Recognize, flag, and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth rollout

About You:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, (in-house) consulting, or relevant projects
  • Strong consulting mindset and natural trainer
  • Experience in leading and realizing change within an organization
  • Very structured, solution-oriented, and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • Project management qualifications are a plus
  • Very good written and spoken English & German skills are mandatory, any other European language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
