About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Replacement Orders/Refunds: Handle customer issues by processing replacement orders or refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor Customer Reviews: Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our service meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Staff: Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time.

About You

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English, Danish, and Swedish, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Service Orientation: You have a strong service orientation and are able to efficiently address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Communication Skills: You are a clear and effective communicator with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Organizational Skills: You are able to work in a structured and organized way, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Initiative: You are a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and owns your tasks, always aiming for top-quality results.
