About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Associate to join our team at Project A Ventures. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and develop market entrance strategies to expand our portfolio companies' customer base
  • Develop and implement commercial processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio companies' commercial operations and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field
  • Professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
