Als Growth Associate (Expansion & Business Development) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien für unsere Geschäftsgebiete.

Die Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien für unsere Geschäftsgebiete
  • Market- und Kundenanalyse, um Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren
  • Kooperation mit unserem Marketing- und Vertriebs-Team, um Wachstumsziele zu erreichen
  • Proaktive Überwachung unserer CRM-Datenbank und anderer Vertriebsberichte
  • Schulung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern aus unseren Partnerorganisationen

Die Qualifikationen:

  • Du bist ein eingeschriebener Student oder im Gap-Year und für mind. 3 Monate verfügbar
  • Du hast idealerweise schon relevante Erfahrung in einem schnellwachsenden Startup oder in einer Top-Tier Beratungsfirma
  • Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Net Zero/Dekarbonisierung, ClimateTech/Energie und/oder Sustainable Finance sind ein Pluspunkt
  • Du bist eine proaktive, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
