About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be focused on building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate new business by targeting high-value client prospects.
- Sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment products to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business strategies and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Support our strong client relationship culture through regular customer contact, written reports, and exceptional customer service.

- Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the FX industry.
- Can develop sales strategies and tactics based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Are a skilled negotiator and communicator, able to build relationships with senior-level clients.
- Are relationship-focused, with a strong ability to nurture long-term commercial relationships.
- Have a good understanding of business needs and goals from a treasury and budgeting perspective.
- Speak fluent German and English.
