Wir suchen einen engagierten Kundenbeziehungsmanager, der unsere Kunden professionell betreut und ihnen hilft, unsere Produkte optimal zu nutzen.
Aufgaben- Wir sind ein Venture-Capital-Investor und unterstützen eines unserer erfolgreichsten Portfoliounternehmen im E-Commerce-Bereich bei der Suche nach einem Kundenbeziehungsmanager.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager ist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen und betreut unsere Kunden professionell per E-Mail, Telefon, Chat und Social Media.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager berät die Kunden umfassend zu den angebotenen Produkten und unterstützt sie bei der optimalen Kaufentscheidung.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager bearbeitet Bestellungen, Retouren und Fragen zügig und findet stets lösungsorientierte Ansätze.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager arbeitet aktiv daran, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern und sicherzustellen, dass alle Anliegen freundlich und kompetent behandelt werden.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Erste Erfahrungen im Customer Service, idealerweise im E-Commerce, sind von Vorteil.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager ist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Freude daran, Probleme zu lösen.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zendesk oder ähnlichen Kundenservice-Tools sind hilfreich.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager hat Interesse an KI-Systemen, um Kundenprozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager kommuniziert sicher in Deutsch, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager ist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Freude daran, Probleme zu lösen.
- Der Kundenbeziehungsmanager behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und arbeitet strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
