Expert Sustainability Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Management Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our sustainability strategy across the entire organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the planning, execution, and control of sustainability projects, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for sustainability improvement, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and supply chain management.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on sustainability-related matters, including regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners, to promote our sustainability initiatives and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in sustainability management, and apply this knowledge to inform our sustainability strategy and initiatives.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability management, environmental management, or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sustainability management role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in English and German languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
