What to Expect
  • Formulate and execute sustainability initiatives for events and trade shows, including conducting workshops to enhance awareness and train both employees and clients.
  • Assess and analyze current processes and practices for their sustainability impacts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement sustainable event formats and projects, focusing on the selection of eco-friendly materials and service providers.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations in the sustainability sector.
  • Assist in the communication and promotion of our sustainability efforts to clients and the broader community.
What You Bring
  • A strong passion for sustainability within the event sector and some experience in trade shows and events.
  • Proven project management capabilities and experience in organizing events.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 20121 standard for sustainable event management and experience in its application.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage complex projects independently.
  • Enthusiasm and determination to engage others, both internally and externally, in the pursuit of a more sustainable industry.
  • Skills in designing and facilitating workshops.
  • A collaborative mindset, serving as a connector within the organization and a promoter of sustainability.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
