Experienced Account Executive for Cloud Solutions

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Cloud Applications sector at Oracle?
We are seeking a driven and innovative Senior Account Executive to enhance our presence in the Public Sector within Germany. If you are passionate about technology and eager to support organizations in their digital transformation, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated Account Manager, ensuring the success and satisfaction of Oracle's Public Sector clients by focusing on retention and growth of existing cloud relationships.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, demonstrating how Oracle's comprehensive cloud application suite can address current challenges while preparing clients for future success.
- Collaborate with Oracle's broader team, including Customer Success Managers and Product teams, to ensure clients realize the full value of their solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within client organizations to facilitate advocacy and growth.
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring monthly quota objectives are met.
- Stay informed about Oracle's SaaS capabilities and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Work closely with Oracle's ecosystem, including consulting and support teams, to resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling SaaS or cloud solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and leverage insights for effective consultative selling.
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and present unique perspectives to clients, emphasizing value and influencing decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and address customer pain points.
- Demonstrated experience in the Public Sector, with a deep understanding of industry requirements and challenges.
- Passion for tracking digital trends and understanding their implications for clients.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to travel as needed.
