Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Signage & Graphics Solutions
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany, implementing corporate initiatives, and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined set of key accounts in Germany, implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner.
- Grow our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts above market by selling the 3M brand and technologies.
- Strengthen customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and win new projects.
- Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage, and document sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products.
- Fluent German and good English language skills are a must.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany (> 3 days).
- Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage, and document sales activities.
- High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions is beneficial.
- Experience of working with municipalities is a plus.
- Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is desired.
