As a key member of the battery assembly team, you will report to the Battery Assembly Lead and collaborate closely with production personnel. Your role will encompass:
- Ensuring safety, timely delivery, and quality throughout the assembly process
- Assembling both low-voltage and high-voltage battery components
- Managing inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Troubleshooting and documenting defects for resolution
- Recording manufacturing data accurately in the production system
- Working with the manufacturing engineering team to enhance processes and repair solutions
- Completed training as a technician or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in manufacturing or repairing electromechanical components
- Proficient in safely handling medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC
- Familiarity with high power battery systems or a strong willingness to learn
- Experience with modern production machinery or a desire to acquire skills
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
- Willingness to work in shifts (including early and late shifts)
