About the Role

We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to join our team at Personalhansa GmbH in Munich. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify part and material availability according to predefined production programs and prepare parts/components for assembly, checking for accuracy, completeness, and correctness.
  • Set up and adjust inspection and assembly equipment as needed, and calibrate measuring instruments.
  • Assemble complex products using manual and automated techniques, tools, and equipment, applying various joining methods (e.g., screwing, gluing, stretching).
  • Identify and resolve production issues, escalating them as necessary and providing information on potential causes.
  • Conduct quality control checks based on plans, inspecting products for functionality and completeness, and documenting results.
  • Discover and rectify assembly defects (e.g., tolerance deviations, failures, incorrect parts, material issues), replacing parts or adjusting as needed, and documenting defects and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Good written and spoken German language skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (2 shifts).
  • No physical limitations for lifting and carrying.
