Battery Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Battery Assembly Technician to join our rapidly growing team at designface GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in delivering state-of-the-art battery technology for our jets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality during all phases of the assembly process
  • Assemble low-voltage and high-voltage battery components and assemblies
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and report defects back to the manufacturing engineering team
  • Document manufacturing data in the production system
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to improve processes, equipment, and tooling
Your Profile
  • Completed training as a technician or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing and/or repairing electromechanical components
  • Experience in safe handling of medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC voltage
  • First experience with high power battery systems, or high willingness to learn
  • Initial experience working with modern production machinery, or high willingness to learn
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal English instructions. German language is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation/ early and late shift)
