Position: Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join PSI as an Office Administrator/Receptionist. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring all visitors and colleagues feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors, support services, and departments for office management and operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organize business trips, meetings, and events to support the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide secretarial support and assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • College or university degree preferred, with a focus on business administration or a related field
  • Prior administrative experience is beneficial, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service
  • Fluency in German and English required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and flexible mindset
