$150,000 - $200,000 per year

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Power Module Packaging Development Specialist to join our power module team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative packaging solutions for power modules, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manufacture high-performance power modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement packaging technology roadmaps for power modules;
  • Lead the development of power module product definitions and roadmaps;
  • Collaborate with universities and research institutes to advance packaging solutions;
  • Lead the technical development of advanced power modules, including design and process file output;
  • Support product development teams in completing product development and transitioning to mass production.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or a related field;
  • More than 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development;
  • Experience in industry-leading product development and mass production is preferred;
  • Familiarity with SiC module development and successful experience in achieving mass production status.
Knowledge and Skills

You should possess:

  • A solid understanding of the semiconductor packaging industry and good interpersonal relationships within the industry;
  • A profound knowledge of packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design, with industry-leading professional ability in one aspect;
  • Familiarity with power module design rules and simulation or structure design tools;
  • A proactive attitude, pioneering spirit, and excellent communication skills;
  • Good command of English written and oral communication skills.
