**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Electronics Packaging Specialist to join our power module team. This role will play a crucial part in driving innovation and cutting-edge research in automotive-grade SiC device packaging and application.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement advanced power module processes to ensure high-quality product development.
- Lead teams to complete pre-research of advanced process technologies and collaborate with universities and research institutes.
- Support product development teams to finalize product development and mass production planning.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development.
- Experience in industry-leading product development and mass production is preferred.
- Proficient in packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design.
- Familiar with the overall situation of the semiconductor packaging industry.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around **$150,000**, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
