Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified scientist to join our team at the University Hospital Cologne and the Medical Faculty. The successful candidate will be employed under a limited-time contract of 3 years and will be actively involved in research projects focused on mitochondrial function in skin inflammation and regeneration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in the area of mitochondrial function and its impact on cellular processes
  • Collaborate with our team of scientists to achieve research goals
  • Develop and implement new research methods and techniques
  • Present research findings at conferences and in publications
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field (molecular biology, biochemistry, etc.)
  • Strong background in molecular biology and research experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
