Job Title: Regional IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Manager to lead our IT Delivery team in the E3 region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT services, infrastructure, and support in the region, ensuring seamless delivery of IT projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop IT Delivery services in the E3 region, aligning with global IT standards and processes.
  • Own and manage the end-user experience with IT support and infrastructure in the E3 region.
  • Organize and manage 2nd level IT support in accordance with defined IT standards and service level agreements.
  • Lead the IT Delivery team in Region E3, comprising Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Poland.
  • Manage local contracts and providers for all IT services in E3, including coordination and management of external IT service providers.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of global IT projects in accordance with agreed framework conditions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on IT projects and tasks, including change management, end-user communication, internal and external team management, and collaboration with other IT Delivery and Global IT teams.
  • Ensure IT compliance through regular monitoring and correction of IT processes.
  • Manage IT demand within the region.
