Drive Digital Transformation in German GT Fleet

As a key member of Uniper's digitalization team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within the German GT Fleet. Your primary objective will be to initiate and foster a digital mindset within the organization, ensuring seamless integration with group-wide digitalization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Refine Digital Transformation Vision: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to establish a clear vision and targets for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with Uniper's overall digitalization strategy.
  • Support Digital Solution Adoption: Assist in the adoption of existing digital solutions across all relevant GT sites, ensuring a cohesive and efficient digital ecosystem.
  • Identify and Develop Digital Opportunities: Work closely with GT Fleet teams to identify areas for digital solutions, converting digital ideas into tangible reality while considering cost-benefit ratios.
  • Align Target Setting and Avoid Duplications: Ensure that target setting (Plant Improvement Plants, site Big Rocks) is aligned across all sites, preventing duplications and promoting a unified digital transformation approach.
  • Resolve Time Conflicts: Help find solutions for time conflicts between digital product development and outage management, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Coach and Train Employees: Coach central GT Fleet colleagues and sites to develop their own transformation solutions, training employees on new tools and methods to enhance digital literacy.
  • Support IT and OT/Asset Operation Community: Collaborate with the IT and OT/asset operation community to foster a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Encourage Innovative Thinking: Promote innovative thinking and digital ideation, analyzing technical processes to derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with local experts.
  • Represent Regional GT Fleet in Digitalization Projects: Represent the regional GT Fleet in digitalization projects within Uniper, contributing to corporate digitalization projects and serving as an interface to the COODE Organization.
  • Create Awareness and Facilitate Contact: Create awareness of digital opportunities available in the COODE Program portfolio, facilitating contact with the COODE delivery team and exchanging best practices.
  • Build Internal and Cross-Company Networks: Establish internal and cross-company networks, participating actively in relevant communities to scout innovative digital trends and new business models.
  • Drive Cultural Change: Introduce New Ways of Working, promote a share culture, and train employees on new digital tools and methods to drive cultural change.
  • Support Digital Competency Development: Support digital competency development, especially the development of product owners, to ensure a skilled and agile workforce.
  • Organize Internal Communication: Organize the internal communication of digitalization projects and activities, ensuring seamless information exchange across the organization.
