Principal Technology Marketing Manager for Industrial Automation

**Job Summary**
Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Technology Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for our industrial networking and functional safety solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial automation market.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our industrial networking and functional safety solutions to key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and business development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and deliver compelling marketing content, including product briefs, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Manage and execute trade show and event marketing activities to promote our solutions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the semiconductor or industrial automation industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
