Industrial Networking and Functional Safety Solutions Manager

**Job Description**
Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Principal Technology Marketing Manager for Industrial Networking and Functional Safety. This position is based out of our European offices, with the opportunity for remote work within Germany.
As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology marketing strategy for industrial networking and functional safety solutions. This includes:
- Researching market technology trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Analyzing system architectures and proposing optimizations to our product roadmap.
- Collaborating with global business development teams to consolidate technology and market requirements.
- Aligning with key customer technical strategists to understand their needs.
- Interacting with user organizations and standardization bodies to capture technology trends.
- Orchestrating Proof of Concepts and Testbed activities with potential partners.
- Setting requirements and defining roadmaps for industrial networking and functional safety solutions.
- Creating product value propositions and building business cases.
**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Proven track record of transforming technical and market requirements into business cases.
- Excellent customer focus with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with industrial automation technology such as industrial networking, functional safety, and security.
- Result-oriented, self-organized, and self-motivated with independence of thought.
- Experience in semiconductor marketing is a plus.
