Industrial Networking Marketing Lead

Job Overview
Renesas is seeking a proactive and results-driven Principal Manager of Technology Marketing for Industrial Networking and Functional Safety. This role is primarily based in Germany, with flexibility for remote work arrangements.
As we enhance our portfolio for industrial automation semiconductor solutions, the Technology Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in defining solutions by integrating market demands through a thorough analysis of technological advancements, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
This is a global position that offers the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, providing significant visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate market technology trends from both customer and application viewpoints. Assess market expansion opportunities and competitive advantages. Evaluate system architectures of applications and recommend enhancements to the Renesas product roadmap. Collaborate closely with global business development teams to gather technology and market insights. Engage with key customers' technical strategists to comprehend their needs. Interact with user organizations and standardization entities to capture emerging technology trends. Coordinate Proof of Concepts and Testbed initiatives with potential collaborators. Establish requirements and outline the roadmap for industrial networking and functional safety offerings. Develop product value propositions and construct business cases. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field; MBA is advantageous. Willingness to explore innovative technologies and markets to derive actionable recommendations. Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at technical and business levels. Demonstrated success in translating technical and market needs into viable business cases. Experience in semiconductor marketing is preferred. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with industrial automation technologies, including industrial networking, functional safety, and security. Results-oriented, self-organized, and self-motivated with independent thinking capabilities. Company Overview
