The Role

At LucaNet, we're seeking a skilled People Business Partner to drive employee engagement, support team effectiveness, and manage stakeholder relationships. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for developing actionable plans to enable team leads to support their teams' growth, implementing measures to strengthen connections with company culture, colleagues, and organizational goals, and promoting diversity and inclusion in choices and actions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and managing compensation review processes.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, with familiarity in multiple European labor laws being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as an agile and adaptable work style.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
