We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Global Retail Design team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience across our global retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with adidas' brand positioning and strategy.

• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality visual merchandising solutions that meet our brand standards.

• Analyze industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in visual merchandising.

• Develop and manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all retail stores.


• Work closely with the Omni Channel Marketing ISC team to ensure seamless integration of visual merchandising with marketing initiatives.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and technologies to ensure adidas remains at the forefront of innovation.


• Collaborate with the Global Range Architecture team to ensure visual merchandising aligns with product strategies.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality visual merchandising solutions.


• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.


• Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 4+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with a proven track record of success.


• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.


• Fluency in English, with additional European language skills an advantage.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
