Regional HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for labor law and global mobility? We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team at MSSL GmbH.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Participate in Employment Law Projects: Provide strategic counsel to our business units on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Guide Labor Relations: Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement labor relations strategies, particularly during restructuring projects.
  • Assist in HR Projects: Support organizational restructuring, system transformation, and greenfield projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Draft and Implement Employment Policies: Work closely with HR teams to develop and implement employment policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance and Follow-up: Monitor and ensure compliance with processes, projects, and policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support M&A Transactions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A transactions, from planning to execution, including due diligence.
  • Manage Global Mobility Cases: Oversee global mobility cases, ensuring smooth expatriate management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, Human Resources Management, or a related field with a focus on labor law.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in multinational environments as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist, HR Generalist.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations in Europe, experience in data analysis and report preparation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and German.
