• Lead and Participate in Employment Law Projects: Provide strategic counsel to our business units, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Guide Labor Relations: Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement employment policies, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in HR Projects: Support organizational restructuring, system transformation, and greenfield projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
• Ensure Compliance and Follow-up: Monitor and enforce processes, projects, and policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support M&A Transactions: Assist in due diligence, planning, and execution of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage Global Mobility Cases: Oversee expatriate management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree: Business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a focus on labor law.
• Experience: Over 5 years in multinational environments as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist, HR Generalist.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations in Europe, data analysis, report preparation, and project management.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and German, with Microsoft Office skills.
