Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and engage in employment law initiatives, offering strategic guidance.
• Manage labor relations within business units, particularly during periods of organizational change.
• Support HR initiatives, encompassing organizational redesign, system upgrades, and new project launches.
• Formulate and execute employment policies in collaboration with HR teams.
• Ensure adherence to processes, projects, and policies through diligent follow-up.
• Facilitate M&A activities, from strategic planning to execution, including due diligence processes.
• Administer global mobility cases and manage expatriate affairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with an emphasis on labor law.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational settings as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist or HR Generalist.
• In-depth understanding of employment law and social security regulations across Europe.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
• Experienced in managing international projects.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
