Regional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Employment Law Initiatives: Spearhead and engage in projects related to employment legislation, offering strategic guidance.
  • Labor Relations Management: Oversee labor relations for business units, particularly during periods of organizational change.
  • HR Project Assistance: Support various HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring, system upgrades, and new project launches.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with HR teams to draft and implement employment policies.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to processes, projects, and policies through diligent follow-up.
  • M&A Support: Assist in mergers and acquisitions from planning through execution, including conducting due diligence.
  • Global Mobility Management: Handle cases related to global mobility and expatriate management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field with a focus on labor law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational settings as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and social security regulations within Europe.
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Proven ability to manage global projects effectively.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
