Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and design of our worldwide training portfolio and training content.
  • Take ownership of projects in the field of employee training and communication.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our community in the Bosch Social Network.
  • Develop innovative learning trends and training methods.
  • Design and create engaging communication media, including blog posts, newsletters, podcasts, and videos.

Requirements

  • Studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Media, Communication, or Adult Education.
  • First experience in using different IT tools and MS Office.
  • Practical experience in marketing or HR fields is an asset.
  • Creative, communicative, curious, independent, reliable, and a structured team player.
  • Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German.

Additional Information

  • 35 hours/week with flextime.
  • A permanent contact person to accompany you during your internship.
  • A modern working environment and mobile working by arrangement.
