Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. As a Human Resources intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as benefits administration and employee engagement
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks and policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
