As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and leading customer solution projects according to defined project management standards and customer requirements.
  • Managing project teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Negotiating contracts, change requests, and design packages with customers and partners.
  • Assessing, analyzing, and handling risks and claims for projects in category C portfolio.
  • Leading bar-raising mitigation efforts to minimize non-conformances costs and risks.
  • Establishing positive relationships with partners through efficient communication, leading impact studies, and problem-solving.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or relevant field) required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in a combination of technical engineering and project management roles on mid to large-scale projects in a relevant industry.
  • Experience leading and developing project teams, including project managers and engineers.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and contract terms relevant to mid and large-scale projects and proficiency in negotiation.
  • Specialized knowledge of risk mitigation and management on the full lifecycle of projects and experience with leading claims and quality reviews.
  • Business fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
