Product Owner Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and support of the SAP Fulfillment Product within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear program vision and roadmap to drive business outcomes
  • Gain a deep understanding of users and gather key insights to inform product decisions
  • Define program epics that meet business requirements and enable product teams to deliver fit-for-purpose software solutions
  • Prioritize the product backlog in an objective and transparent manner
  • Participate in program increment planning and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Host workshops with user groups to gather feedback and insights
  • Perform activities necessary to accept completed user stories and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and train new features
  • Participate in team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and process refinement

Your Profile

  • University degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, product development, and agile development methods
  • Relevant experience in the retail sector, with a strong understanding of SAP S4 Hana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, with a strong desire to learn German and other languages
