About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Systems Manager / Group Product Owner to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics department, you will be responsible for developing and communicating program vision and roadmap, gaining an in-depth understanding of users and gathering key insights that will shape the product, and leading initiatives from design to successful implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate program vision and roadmap
  • Gather key insights from users to shape the product
  • Lead initiatives from design to successful implementation
  • Define features that meet business requirements
  • Actively drive cross-domain feature development
  • Break down features into domain effort and enable product owners to break down into team effort
  • Prioritize features / domain epics in an objective and transparent way
  • Participate in program increment planning
  • Participate in system demos
  • Ensure new and redesigned processes are efficient and effective
  • Ensure product documentation is accurate and complete
  • Ensure new features are accepted and deployed efficiently, effectively, and timely
  • Manage stakeholders

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in technical supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent. You will also need to have proven experience in logistics / warehousing and working with country organizations, as well as hands-on experience in warehouse management systems in Tier 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, you will need to have experience in omnichannel environments, leading agile teams, conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics. You will also need to have an entrepreneurial attitude, drive to solve issues, and make processes sound, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Blue Yonder or other leading WMS systems is also desirable.
