About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Fulfillment Specialist to lead the development and support of the SAP Fulfillment Product within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. The main objective is to enable efficient and effective fulfillment of customer orders in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive program vision and roadmap to drive business growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of users and gather key insights to shape the product and meet business needs.
- Define program epics that meet business requirements and enable product teams to develop fit-for-purpose software solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog in an objective and transparent way to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in program increment planning to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and host workshops with user groups to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Perform activities necessary to accept a completed user story and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain product documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Test, deploy, and train new features to ensure smooth adoption.
- Participate in team retrospectives to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders and organize review meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
- University degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, product development, and agile development methods.
- Relevant experience in the retail sector, preferably with SAP S4 Hana.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchies.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of German language in speaking and writing desired, and any other language beneficial.
