Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Customer Relationship Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenbeziehungsstrategien, die den Bedürfnissen der Kunden entsprechen.
  • Sie werden Teil eines Teams sein, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien konzentriert.
  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, die Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungsstrategien und die Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen.
  • Sie werden enge Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen Vertriebsverantwortlichen pflegen und gemeinsam Messeauftritte, Konferenzen und Kundenevents planen und durchführen.
  • In Ihrem Bereich werden Sie zahlen- und kundenbasierte Analysen durchführen, um Potenziale zur Prozess- und Strukturoptimierung zu erkennen.
  • Sie werden Impulsgeber für neue Ideen und kreative Ansätze für ein aktives Kundenbindungsmanagement sein.
  • Die Erarbeitung von Strategien für die Lead-Generierung und die gezielte Nachverfolgung von Leads gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie werden enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktions- und divisionsübergreifenden Teams pflegen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder vertriebsnahen Umfeld.
  • Sie haben einen routinierten Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, SAP und sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kenntnisse in CRM-Tools (vorzugsweise Sales Force oder vergleichbar) sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind ein ausgesprochener Teamplayer und besitzen ein hohes Maß an sozialer und integrativer Kompetenz.
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und verbindlich und dadurch in der Lage auch schwierige Termine und Workshops mit Erfolg zu leiten.
  • Sie sind gewohnt, sehr strukturiert und analytisch zu arbeiten und verlieren auch bei hoher Komplexität nicht den roten Faden.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen weltweiten Dienstreisen (ca. 10%) runden Ihr Profil ab.
