Your primary focus will be on overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our infrastructure platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our technology platforms meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology, the CTO, and other stakeholders to develop and execute the organization's technology strategy, focusing on platform modernization and innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our infrastructure
- Ensure our infrastructure and platforms meet the highest standards of security and compliance
- Manage complex infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to delivery and ongoing maintenance
- Completed IT studies or training as an IT specialist and relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in infrastructure or cloud engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., virtualization, networking, storage)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
