Software Engineering Team Lead

We're seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our platform team responsible for managing Identity Access Management and mailing products. As a key member of our engineering management team, you'll drive product implementation, collaborate with other product teams, and support the growth and development of engineers within your team.
This is an entry position in our Engineering Management Career Path and a great opportunity for Senior Engineers looking to move into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing software solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack, including Golang and PHP, and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Work closely with the Head of Developer Experience & Platform to set technical direction and prioritize project work.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with product teams to define product roadmaps and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Strong technical skills in Golang, PHP, and cloud infrastructure, with a passion for software excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
