Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the national and international long-distance transportation scheduling team. Your primary goal will be to achieve targets in the areas of scheduling part and full loads. You will also be responsible for the further development and strategic orientation of the division. Effective communication and cooperation with internal interfaces are essential for your success. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting suitable transport companies based on costs, quality, and sustainability. Creating and evaluating statistics and key figures will also be part of your duties.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics, ideally with additional qualifications, such as a business administrator
• Extensive experience in operational scheduling and initial management experience
• Good knowledge of controlling with key figures
• Negotiating skills combined with strong cost awareness
• Confident and motivating demeanor, a high level of communication skills, and a can-do mentality
• Fluent German and a good command of English round off your profile
