Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Deel Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, including managing the reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
  • Managing office supplies, including stationery and toners
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Addressing queries regarding office management issues
  • Planning and hosting events
  • Onboarding and off-boarding new tenants
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS G Suite and office management software
  • German language skills on a native level
