About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Manager to join our team at Deel Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, meeting rooms, and office main line phone to provide a welcoming environment for tenants and guests.
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages, mail, and post in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize and manage office-related projects, such as implementing new meeting room booking systems.
  • Contribute to our office culture by connecting with colleagues and welcoming guests.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the office at all levels, including liaising with suppliers and managing office stationery.
  • Address queries regarding office management issues, such as stationery and internet issues.
  • Manage event planning and hosting, including negotiating quotes and agreements and assisting with marketing.
  • Take responsibility for onboarding and offboarding, as well as recruiting new tenants.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS G Suite and office management software.
  • Native-level German language skills.
  • A service-minded, creative, and passionate personality.
