About the Role

CREALOGIX is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Financial Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our Market Unit Leader and management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the Market Unit Leader and management team
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS 15
  • Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Analyze variances and develop recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for financial reporting and decision-making
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and analysis
  • Experience in project management and software development is an asset
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and financial regulations
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
