Financial Unit Controller

Position Overview:
As a Business Unit Controller at CREALOGIX BaaS GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a pivotal role in steering financial strategies and operational excellence within our organization. We are a prominent player in the FinTech sector, partnering with innovative financial institutions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Leader and executive team to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Oversee financial forecasting, analytical assessments, and comprehensive monthly reporting.
- Provide support to Sales and Project teams, ensuring effective project oversight and resource allocation.
- Ensure precise revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS standards.
- Evaluate financial variances and propose actionable strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and implement controlling governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous enhancements in project management and financial operations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Controlling.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Controlling and Cost Accounting.
- Familiarity with project-based environments or the software industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
