We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem, cooperating closely with many venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele includes some of the most forward-thinking and well-funded Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany.
Job Description:As a Team Lead, you will work closely with our clients, the founder, and the entire team to lead and further expand our exciting Consulting activities via immediate client exposure and tight collaboration with the founder and entire team. You will shape the future of our SaaS product by helping to expand our offering and enable our Tech team. Additionally, you will drive our expansion by leading internal projects end-to-end, e.g., scaling our operations and identifying and supporting ongoing internal and external projects.
RequirementsWe look for strong proof-points that you are able to autonomously lead and manage senior client interactions, i.e., at eye level with founders and C-level of ventures ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO. You should be able to structure and execute complex projects simultaneously, i.e., lead multiple consulting cases while driving strategic topics. Moreover, you should work at a high level of professionalism and efficiency, i.e., set and meet deadlines, rigorously apply 80/20 methods, and work outcome-driven.
Skills and QualificationsCandidates interested in this role should have a minimum of four years full-time work experience in relevant sectors, i.e., Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture. You should possess a Master's degree or PhD from any academic background and possess fluent German language skills.
