Business Continuity Specialist

As a Business Continuity Manager at GULP – experts united, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT emergency management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize BCM and IT emergency management processes
  • Develop and implement business impact and risk analyses
  • Create business continuation and restart plans, as well as emergency manuals for critical business processes
  • Prepare, implement, and moderate emergency tests and derive suitable measures for improvement
  • Advise and support individual departments on BCM and IT emergency management issues
  • Operational control and coordination of IT emergencies
  • Plan and implement exercises and tests of BCM and emergency plans, as well as training courses

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT emergency management and knowledge of BCM processes
  • Experience in common standards and norms, such as ISO 22301 and BSI Standard 200-4
  • Analytical and organized way of working with a solution-oriented character
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative, and very good coordination skills
  • Very good written and spoken German
