Business Continuity Manager

For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT emergency management.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing BCM and IT emergency management processes, developing and implementing business impact and risk analyses, creating business continuation and restart plans, and preparing, implementing, and moderating emergency tests.
As a Business Continuity Manager, you will work closely with product management and specialist departments to ensure the effective implementation of BCM and IT emergency management processes. Your analytical and organized approach, combined with your solution-oriented character, will be essential in driving the success of our organization.
We offer a secure and permanent position in the healthcare sector, with the possibility of working from home or mobile working (2 days a week). Our company provides 30 days annual leave, individual further training opportunities, flexible working hours, and attractive social benefits.
Key qualifications include experience in IT emergency management and knowledge of BCM processes, as well as experience in common standards and norms, such as ISO 22301 and BSI Standard 200-4. You should have a sense of responsibility, initiative, and very good coordination skills, as well as very good written and spoken German.
